The controller of personal data is GT Trailers Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Kurznie, at ul. Stawowa 12, 46-037 Kurznie, Poland.
Personal data will be processed: a. in the case of the contact form – for the purpose of handling the enquiry submitted via the contact form, b. in the case of the recruitment form – for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for the specified position.
The legal basis for the processing, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), is: a. in the case of the contact form: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (the controller’s legitimate interest consisting in conducting correspondence) or Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (taking steps prior to entering into a contract), b. in the case of the recruitment form: Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (the controller’s legal obligation arising from employment law) and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (where consent has been given to participate in future recruitment processes).
Where separate consent has been given, personal data may be processed for the purpose of sending commercial and marketing information by electronic means (email) and for contacting you by telephone or SMS, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and in accordance with the Electronic Communications Law.
Personal data is processed for marketing purposes only where separate consent has been given.
Personal data may be disclosed to entities providing IT, hosting and website technical support services and, in the case of the recruitment form, also to entities supporting the recruitment process, such as HR system providers.
Personal data will be retained: a. in the case of the contact form – for the period necessary to handle the enquiry, b. in the case of the recruitment process – for the duration of the process and, where consent has been given to participate in future recruitment processes, until such consent is withdrawn, c. in the case of data processed for marketing purposes – until consent is withdrawn.
You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, receive and transfer your data, and object to its processing.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Providing personal data is voluntary; however: a. in the case of the contact form – it is necessary in order to receive a response, b. in the case of the recruitment form – it is necessary in order to participate in the recruitment process.
With regard to marketing, providing personal data is voluntary, and refusal to give consent will not affect your ability to contact us regarding an enquiry or to participate in a recruitment process.
Personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
